Welcome week #2!

Welcome back Pine friends! Today we were introduced to our words of the week: STOP and GO (ask your kiddo first if they remember what they are!) and will be using those words during our games, dancing, invitations at centers, and in our story time. We continued with our same invitation activities: beans in the sensory table, playdough strengthening our fine motor skills, and our very special kitchen where we can practice all kinds of social play! Since the weather is more friendly, we explored a new space for gross motor time: the snail/mud kitchen (ask your kiddo first if they remember where they went!).

Please make sure to save our blog link so you can check it out daily!

We also have a Pine classroom wish list if you are ever looking for a way to contribute to our community! https://www.amazon.com/registries/gl/guest-view/1P7P8HJ000BO7

Week 2 Day 2

Pine Family is rocking and rolling in week 2! We are having less feelings of sad, mad, and scared upon entering class and more happy and fun throughout the day!  Friendly reminders: Water bottles should only come to school filled with water (it's the best for our bodies and in case another student would accidently take a sip it won't cause harm), sunscreen should be applied before drop off (there is not a lot of shade and not a lot of time for us to get the kiddos all lathered up), and bug spray should be applied before drop off (this is mostly needed when we start going to the forest on Tuesdays, starting on Sept 12th). Thanks :)

It was a Ms Amy day!

Ms Amy Wednesday

Ms Amy always has fun practicing speech and language! Our friends had lots of opportunities for different kinds of movement.
