Welcome back!

Hello Pine family and welcome back from Thanksgiving break! I hope you all enjoyed your time together and celebrated all the things you're thankful for. We kicked off week #15 with no tears at drop off! I was impressed to see everyone jump back into our routine like pros. We have some new words we will be practicing: OPEN and CLOSE. We explored some new and familiar centers today with trains, construction and painting. Ask your kiddo if they remember what color we painted our canvas (blue).

We only have 15 days until winter break.... so looking ahead, we will be planning another Parent Pop-In (I am considering coining a new name for this as families can look very different so maybe Family Fun-In?) as well as a PJ day; stay tuned.

Week 2 Day 2

Pine Family is rocking and rolling in week 2! We are having less feelings of sad, mad, and scared upon entering class and more happy and fun throughout the day!  Friendly reminders: Water bottles should only come to school filled with water (it's the best for our bodies and in case another student would accidently take a sip it won't cause harm), sunscreen should be applied before drop off (there is not a lot of shade and not a lot of time for us to get the kiddos all lathered up), and bug spray should be applied before drop off (this is mostly needed when we start going to the forest on Tuesdays, starting on Sept 12th). Thanks :)

It was a Ms Amy day!

Ms Amy Wednesday

Ms Amy always has fun practicing speech and language! Our friends had lots of opportunities for different kinds of movement.
