END OF WEEK 6 :)

Happy Thursday Pine Family! We had so much fun today with a big new adventure: CAPERING! During this time we can choose to choose to leave our room and explore other classrooms. Each classroom has planned activities out to display their interests and students can freely roam. This time allows our students to gain independence, find courage to try new things, find new places, and meet new people! I was so proud of how brave our friends were for their first time doing this. We will start Capering every Thursday from 9-10 am with Oak, Spruce, and Dogwood. After all that excitement we enjoyed some time in the beautiful weather out by the snail and decided to even have a picnic for snack time! To end the week we had the best time showing off our dance moves during our dance party!

We would like to give a big THANK YOU to a kind family surprising us with a special treat today! Yum Yum :)

Week 2 Day 2

Pine Family is rocking and rolling in week 2! We are having less feelings of sad, mad, and scared upon entering class and more happy and fun throughout the day!  Friendly reminders: Water bottles should only come to school filled with water (it's the best for our bodies and in case another student would accidently take a sip it won't cause harm), sunscreen should be applied before drop off (there is not a lot of shade and not a lot of time for us to get the kiddos all lathered up), and bug spray should be applied before drop off (this is mostly needed when we start going to the forest on Tuesdays, starting on Sept 12th). Thanks :)

It was a Ms Amy day!

Ms Amy Wednesday

Ms Amy always has fun practicing speech and language! Our friends had lots of opportunities for different kinds of movement.
