What a day! We ended our week with some cooler weather and fun new adventures! Today we were outside and when our fire alarm went off (just practice!). We stuck together and stayed safe until we knew it was ok to play again! We also closed out the week practicing our magic words GO, STOP and the good question word WHERE one more time. I wonder what our new words will be next week? We also started working on self-portraits which we can't wait to show off to our families. The last fun thing we did today was making a card for Dr. Simpson, our super intendant's 50th Birthday!
Pine Family is rocking and rolling in week 2! We are having less feelings of sad, mad, and scared upon entering class and more happy and fun throughout the day! Friendly reminders: Water bottles should only come to school filled with water (it's the best for our bodies and in case another student would accidently take a sip it won't cause harm), sunscreen should be applied before drop off (there is not a lot of shade and not a lot of time for us to get the kiddos all lathered up), and bug spray should be applied before drop off (this is mostly needed when we start going to the forest on Tuesdays, starting on Sept 12th). Thanks :)
