Thursday Activities

Hello Pine AM Families!! Look at the exciting day we had!

We start our day with sign-in! We are learning how to hold a writing tool and make lines and basic shapes.

We also can choose to read in the library at arrival and our friends are really loving our books about things that go (and stop, which were our old magic words)

At centers,  some of us explored the sensory table

At outdoor gross motor time, it sounded like our boys were starting a band with all the voices we could hear in the snail

Going inside the snail is exciting but climbing on it must be one of our favorite things to do!

This is our favorite house to look at for their super cool Halloween decorations!

Everett said, "Look, I can use the stick to write letters in the dirt!"

Logan found a walnut and noticed how nicely it rolls.

Our friend Logan and his family donated a cool hammock for us to use! We had so much fun swinging in it! Thanks Thomas Family!!!!!!

Week 2 Day 2

Pine Family is rocking and rolling in week 2! We are having less feelings of sad, mad, and scared upon entering class and more happy and fun throughout the day!  Friendly reminders: Water bottles should only come to school filled with water (it's the best for our bodies and in case another student would accidently take a sip it won't cause harm), sunscreen should be applied before drop off (there is not a lot of shade and not a lot of time for us to get the kiddos all lathered up), and bug spray should be applied before drop off (this is mostly needed when we start going to the forest on Tuesdays, starting on Sept 12th). Thanks :)

It was a Ms Amy day!

Ms Amy Wednesday

Ms Amy always has fun practicing speech and language! Our friends had lots of opportunities for different kinds of movement.
