Happy Quarantined Tuesday!

 Hello Pine Families! I am so sad that you cannot come to school and play with me again today but I love that we still get to see each other on Zoom! I also wanted to send some fun things home for you to do with your family. 

Today I reading Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons. For this video you need the small strip of buttons, either pre-colored or blank. Family members at home, you can choose to have your child color the buttons by having them find the colors green, blue, red, and purple and coloring one button each of those colors. If you would like to first cut out the strip and have them snip the buttons apart that would be a great fine motor activity for them as well! Please know you can choose to use the pre-colored buttons and already have them cut apart if you find that easier.

Week 2 Day 2

 Pine Family is rocking and rolling in week 2! We are having less feelings of sad, mad, and scared upon entering class and more happy and fun throughout the day!  Friendly reminders: Water bottles should only come to school filled with water (it's the best for our bodies and in case another student would accidently take a sip it won't cause harm), sunscreen should be applied before drop off (there is not a lot of shade and not a lot of time for us to get the kiddos all lathered up), and bug spray should be applied before drop off (this is mostly needed when we start going to the forest on Tuesdays, starting on Sept 12th). Thanks :)
