Soapy Water

 Welcome to a new week in the Pine room! This morning we started off playing in some soapy water. The boys had a variety of different toys to practice dumping and pouring, making bubbles from the dish soap, and interact with one another. The boys, at first a bit confused, would first test out the temperature of the water. Once they realized it was warm, they dove right in. 

L & J loved being able to splash and makes lots of bubbles where as A & B were much more content "washing" the animals floating around in the water. Although some of our friends got a little wet, the warm sun helped dry some of their clothes out. We are so thankful for the sun!

Week 2 Day 2

 Pine Family is rocking and rolling in week 2! We are having less feelings of sad, mad, and scared upon entering class and more happy and fun throughout the day!  Friendly reminders: Water bottles should only come to school filled with water (it's the best for our bodies and in case another student would accidently take a sip it won't cause harm), sunscreen should be applied before drop off (there is not a lot of shade and not a lot of time for us to get the kiddos all lathered up), and bug spray should be applied before drop off (this is mostly needed when we start going to the forest on Tuesdays, starting on Sept 12th). Thanks :)
