Welcome Back!

 Happy Monday & welcome back! We are easing into the new year with getting familiar with old routines as well as getting to meet a new friend in Dogwood! 

L took some time today to show the new friend in Dogwood, R, some different ways to play in the collaboratory. L is a pro when it comes to building towers and knocking them over as well as playing pass with the giggle ball! Such a great start to the new year

Week 2 Day 2

 Pine Family is rocking and rolling in week 2! We are having less feelings of sad, mad, and scared upon entering class and more happy and fun throughout the day!  Friendly reminders: Water bottles should only come to school filled with water (it's the best for our bodies and in case another student would accidently take a sip it won't cause harm), sunscreen should be applied before drop off (there is not a lot of shade and not a lot of time for us to get the kiddos all lathered up), and bug spray should be applied before drop off (this is mostly needed when we start going to the forest on Tuesdays, starting on Sept 12th). Thanks :)

Day 2 Pine room fun!

Today we spent more time getting to know each other and exploring our spaces. For our invitations we have our small world were we can tell stories about what our families like to do outside. In our dramatic play we are showing how we can care for others, including our baby dolls. Outside we are checking out how fun our giant snail and mud kitchen are.
