Pumpkin Exploration

This morning some of the Pine kids took the opportunity to check out a small pumpkin the Dogwood class had in their room! For the last few weeks, Dogwoods class has been exploring pumpkins and invited our class to check them out too!

B & L loved using most of their senses to explore the pumpkin. Any sensory activity that allows the kids to fully experience something is always a big hit in our morning class. These boys are definitely all in when it comes to partaking in activities around the room.

Have a safe and relaxing weekend! We will see you all Monday!

Just a reminder- we will not be in session for school Tuesday Nov. 3

Week 2 Day 2

Pine Family is rocking and rolling in week 2! We are having less feelings of sad, mad, and scared upon entering class and more happy and fun throughout the day!  Friendly reminders: Water bottles should only come to school filled with water (it's the best for our bodies and in case another student would accidently take a sip it won't cause harm), sunscreen should be applied before drop off (there is not a lot of shade and not a lot of time for us to get the kiddos all lathered up), and bug spray should be applied before drop off (this is mostly needed when we start going to the forest on Tuesdays, starting on Sept 12th). Thanks :)

It was a Ms Amy day!

Ms Amy Wednesday

Ms Amy always has fun practicing speech and language! Our friends had lots of opportunities for different kinds of movement.
