Don't Forget to Laugh!

Hello!

I woke up this morning and was feeling a little down. I don't know about any of you, but I am starting to wake up feeling a little bit sad. It is perfectly okay to feel sad, but it's also important to make sure we are taking care of ourselves! One thing I have to remind myself to do is laugh. Laughing always helps me feel better, even if just a little bit.

What do you do to keep your spirits up? Is there anything at home you play with or anyone in your family to help you feel better? As I was thinking about what would make me feel better, I remembered a video from a while back showing our two friends B & T finding some happiness in playing with one another. It made me smile and even gave me some ideas on what I can do to make myself feel better.

I hope you are all able to find something you like to do and that makes you happy today! Don't forget to add any of those experiences onto our shared Google Photos folder- it really is so fun to see you all doing fun things at home 💗

Week 2 Day 2

Pine Family is rocking and rolling in week 2! We are having less feelings of sad, mad, and scared upon entering class and more happy and fun throughout the day!  Friendly reminders: Water bottles should only come to school filled with water (it's the best for our bodies and in case another student would accidently take a sip it won't cause harm), sunscreen should be applied before drop off (there is not a lot of shade and not a lot of time for us to get the kiddos all lathered up), and bug spray should be applied before drop off (this is mostly needed when we start going to the forest on Tuesdays, starting on Sept 12th). Thanks :)

Happy First Day of School 24-25!

Welcome Pine Families to our 24-25 school year! We were so happy to have your kiddos with us today. Check out the fun we had :)

Day 2 Pine room fun!

Today we spent more time getting to know each other and exploring our spaces. For our invitations we have our small world were we can tell stories about what our families like to do outside. In our dramatic play we are showing how we can care for others, including our baby dolls. Outside we are checking out how fun our giant snail and mud kitchen are.
