The Wind Tunnel Predicament

T walked up to the wind tunnel and began putting scarves near the fan. He waited a second and realized they weren't moving. Why weren't the scarves going up?

He looked at me then back at the tunnel. "Hmm?" we both said as Teddy placed his finger on his chin with a inquisitive look. 

From across the room someone yelled, "You have to turn it on!"

T looked up with a smile. We turned the fan on and voila the tunnel was working. 







T clapped and smiled as the scarves came racing out of the top of the tube. T was joined by some other friends that were glad to see the second wind tunnel working. 

Don't forget, tomorrow is forest day! Make sure to dress your kids in appropriate clothes, thank you!

Week 2 Day 2

 Pine Family is rocking and rolling in week 2! We are having less feelings of sad, mad, and scared upon entering class and more happy and fun throughout the day!  Friendly reminders: Water bottles should only come to school filled with water (it's the best for our bodies and in case another student would accidently take a sip it won't cause harm), sunscreen should be applied before drop off (there is not a lot of shade and not a lot of time for us to get the kiddos all lathered up), and bug spray should be applied before drop off (this is mostly needed when we start going to the forest on Tuesdays, starting on Sept 12th). Thanks :)

Monday 2/12

 Happy Monday! I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Not sure who is a football fan, but YAY CHIEFS!!!!! Let's celebrate this week by wearing Red for the Chiefs big Super Bowl win as well as red (or pink) for Valentine's Day!  Wednesday we are hosting a family pop in to help celebrate Valentine's day in our own Ambrose way. We will be talking all things love and friendship this week and would love to make a friendship mix as a special snack. so close now....

Can you believe that we only have one more day together this school year? Today we celebrated the second to last day with a summer bday celebration. We also revealed our tie dyed shirts! (we only did a light rinse, beware that colors will run when you wash!!) TOMORROW: WATER DAY! You need to wear your suit, water friendly shoes, sunscreen already applied, water bottle, towel and dry clothes to change into!
