Determination & Strength

Although the forest was full of mud and water, the Pine kids were content being able to play at the top rather than in the group of trees. We've run into this problem before... sometimes the forest is just too muddy to play in, but the Pine kids always find a way to make the best of any situation.

Today was no different. E set his eyes on climbing and swinging on the tree. He noticed a group of kids from the Magnolia climbing all over the tree and began to make his way over to the desired branch.

E displayed a lot of determination and strength as he crawled his way across the tree branch and then using his core to lift his legs up and around the branch! Way to go E!

Week 2 Day 2

Pine Family is rocking and rolling in week 2! We are having less feelings of sad, mad, and scared upon entering class and more happy and fun throughout the day!  Friendly reminders: Water bottles should only come to school filled with water (it's the best for our bodies and in case another student would accidently take a sip it won't cause harm), sunscreen should be applied before drop off (there is not a lot of shade and not a lot of time for us to get the kiddos all lathered up), and bug spray should be applied before drop off (this is mostly needed when we start going to the forest on Tuesdays, starting on Sept 12th). Thanks :)

It was a Ms Amy day!

Happy Wednesday

How lucky are we that it was nice weather which allowed for much needed outside time!
