Day 1 of 2 this week

Happy Monday! This week we will continue with the same learning as last week with the exception of saying goodbye to the leaves and wind tunnel and addition of a seesaw! We had Safe Touch presentation today.

A very busy Thursday

Today was a busy day for our Pine friends. We had a fire drill, brrr, vision screenings, Ms Julie, and Ms. Ann!  The weather today was not only chilly, it was downright blustery. We did not take friends outside today but we will still go out on cold days so it is a MUST for kiddos to have coats. A couple of our friends were pretty cold for our short fire drill which definitely helped lead to our decision to play indoors today. A point of clarification is that we do have weather guidelines that we follow to tell us when and how long it is safe for us to be outside. The AM class always tends to be colder which means we may end up inside more often than we would later in the day when the temps go up. We do have an extra coat here for rare occasions that something happens but it is best to send one every day. Thanks for helping keep your kiddo warm, happy, and safe!

Wednesday with Ms Amy

Today we had fun learning UP and Down with Ms Amy today at circle time.

Tuesday fun

It certainly was nice to see the sun and feel the warmth on our skin. We explored up and down through music and center invitations.

Happy Monday

Happy Monday Pine Friends! We are on to new adventures this week with our focus on the words UP and DOWN. Our activities/learning opportunities will center around these words which is sure to be lots of fun. For our centers we have bowling, cars and ramps, and our trampoline!

Gloomy Thursday

Happy Thursday. Today was a quite a fun filled day despite the gloom outside. Ms Julie joined us in the Collabratory and brought her bubble machine and parachute! We had a new teacher friend join us today, Ms.Ann! Ms.Ann led a small group time that promoted friendship and kindness. We are excited to have her as a part of our Pine room family 😀
